Ignite: Vinyasa Flow

Next, Desarie will stoke your inner flame with a rousing Vinyasa Yoga sequence. This dynamic, breath-to-movement practice will build heat, energy, and determination, awakening the fire of potential within your body and mind.

Moving Meditation with Archetypal Gesture Following the flow, Lisa will lead a Moving Meditation using Archetypal Gestures. This embodied practice helps you go within, feel the shape of your highest intention, and create the inner landscape of your ideal 2026 by physically rooting your desires into your being.

Manifest: Vision Board Project & Fellowship

Finally, we move into a leisurely Vision Board Project. Everything you need will be provided as you translate your clear, embodied intentions into a tangible and inspirational 2026 Vision Board. Enjoy refreshments and fellowship as you craft your masterpiece, bringing your dreams from the inner world into reality.
