Wondering if yoga can be accessible for you? Would you like to explore poses from a chair or with adaptive equipment? Then join Yoga for EveryBody!

Due to differences in each of our bodies, some yoga poses may not be accessible to everyone. Certified accessibility instructor, Desarie Evelo, creates a blend of mental and adapted physical yoga practice, along with yogic teachings to unlock the tradition of yoga for everyone.

How is that possible?

By focusing on the breath, involving the mind with visualization and meditation, adapting the physical poses to your capabilities, and learning about yogic philosophy, everyBODY can practice yoga!

Desarie leads a class designed for all bodies, offering modifications to ensure everyone experiences the benefits of yoga. Improve your posture, balance, and emotional regulation in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Classes are held the first and third Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m., and weekly on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m.
